Daniele Daouphars has extensive work experience in various financial and leadership roles. Daniele started their career at Deloitte in 1985 as an auditor. Daniele then joined Lafarge Corporate in 1991, where they served as the Internal Audit Director and played a significant role in defining Lafarge's Internal Audit methodology. In 1994, Daouphars became the Finance and Administration Director at Lafarge Matériaux de Spécialités - Produits Chimiques du Nord, where they were a member of the Executive Committee and contributed to the merger of two companies. Daniele moved to Lafarge Matériaux de Spécialités in 1996 and served as the Head of Consolidation and Control, responsible for supporting the implementation of the branch's strategy. Daouphars joined LafargeHolcim in 2000, initially as the Analyst Relations Director and later as the Institutional Investor Relations Director. From 2013 to 2016, they held the role of Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Group CFO, representing the CFO in meetings and steering committees. In 2018, Daouphars joined KPMG France as the Director of KPMG Capital Markets Advisory.
