Hicham Kihel

Hicham Kihel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology solutions and business operations. Currently a Technical Consultant at KPN since September 2022, Kihel serves as the major incident lead, focusing on delivering high customer satisfaction in software and technical services. Previously, Kihel held various roles at Nike, including BSA Director, responsible for Technology solutions delivery and establishing Robotics and Low-code practices, and BSA Manager, leading a team in supporting critical business functions. Kihel also served as S&OP Manager for Reebok at Adidas Group, emphasizing cross-functional process improvements. Additionally, Kihel operates a small business, Nine Bar Passion, since December 2021, and began a career in business intelligence and logistics shortly after completing an MBO in Logistics at Titus College.
