Marika Bos

Marika Bos is currently serving as an Advisor for Process Improvement and Innovation at KPN since August 2023, focusing on accounting, data, and machine learning. Previously, Marika held the position of Specialist Procesinrichting, re-engaging with the Dutch business landscape and enhancing language skills. In prior roles, Marika was Procurement Lead at xneelo (Pty) Ltd, where a procurement discipline was established in a dynamic ICT environment, and Procurement Manager for Shell International Petroleum's Marketing, Retail UK & North, overseeing various categories and supplier management. Marika also contributed significantly as Category National Lead for Environmental Services at Shell South Africa, participating in major contract negotiations, and as Procurement Lead Upstream at Shell, promoting local sourcing strategies. A background in Project Management and Procurement is supported by formal education, including a Project Management Associate Certificate and a Procurement and Supply Diploma from recognized institutions.
