Nic Biegstraaten has extensive experience at KPN, with a career spanning from January 1996 to the present. In current positions as a People Team and Transformation Coach and Themalead Operations Service Quality Center, Nic has also held several managerial roles, including Manager Be Alert, Manager Service Assurance, and Manager Performance Networks & IP Access. Prior experiences include Transition Manager Outsourcing and Manager Innovation Voice/IP. Nic holds a Drs. degree in Economics from Tilburg University, attained from 1981 to 1987, and completed education at Hoogveldcollege from 1976 to 1980.
