Anirban Nandi

Head of Customer Experience at kPoint

Anirban Nandi's work experience includes several roles in different companies. From 2004 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Patni Computer System, where they were responsible for requirement gathering, design, and implementation of various modules. Anirban worked on technologies such as IBM Content Manager, Struts, Hibernate, and Core Java applications.

In 2009, Anirban joined Fulcrum Worldwide as a Project Lead. In this role, they led project teams, planned and executed projects, and provided guidance to team members based on their prior experience as a Business Analyst and technical lead. Anirban held this position until 2015.

Since 2015, Anirban has been working at KPOINT. Anirban started as a Solution Manager and later became the Head of Customer Experience. The specific dates for these roles are not provided, but they are currently still working at KPOINT in the role of Head of Customer Experience.

Anirban Nandi completed their High School education at Loyola School Jamshedpur from 1987 to 2000, with a focus on Science. Later, in 2009-2010, Anirban attended the Welingkar Institute of Management, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Ecommerce.
