Al Sherwood

Alfred Sherwood is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience overseeing large-scale retail and mixed-use properties. Currently serving as Senior Property Manager and Regional Property Manager at KPR Centers since December 2019, Alfred manages over 1.3 million square feet of Gross Leasable Area. Prior roles include General Manager at Simon Property Group, where responsibilities involved managing Gloucester Premium Outlets and specialty leasing initiatives, and General Manager at Brookfield Properties Retail, where Alfred was instrumental in achieving Net Operating Income goals across multiple properties. Alfred also gained valuable financial experience at J.P. Morgan as an Associate General Manager and Financial Controller, and at Citi as a Financial Accounting Analyst 2.
