Andrew Frank has extensive experience in various leadership roles, particularly in the areas of operations, legal counsel, and compliance. Andrew currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at KPR Centers since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at StackLine Partners LP from July 2017 to May 2023. From 2006 to 2017, Andrew held multiple roles including Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Executive Managing Director at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Andrew started their career as a Private Equity Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 2003 to 2006.
Andrew Frank earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Emory University School of Law in 2003. Andrew also obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Binghamton University in 2000.
