Teemu Pieviläinen

Teemu Pieviläinen has a strong background in legal counsel and compliance roles. Teemu started their career as a Bank Lawyer assistant at OP Financial Group in 2012, where they provided support and worked on family, inheritance, property, and contract law matters. In 2013, they became a deputy Bank Lawyer at Koillis-Savon Seudun Osuuspankki, focusing on similar areas of law.

Teemu then joined Elite Alfred Berg in 2015, initially as a Compliance Officer responsible for monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to internal policies. Teemu later became CEO/Leading Legal Counsel, specializing in wealth planning and succession planning for private and corporate customers.

In 2018, Teemu joined Premium Group as a Senior Legal Counsel, where they continued to provide legal services. Teemu moved to PreLex in 2020, taking on the role of Senior Legal Counsel before transitioning to Osuuskunta KPY and KPY Novapolis Oy in 2021 as Group Legal Counsel and Chief Legal Officer respectively.

Teemu Pieviläinen obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Lapland in 2013. Teemu then pursued their Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the same university and completed it in 2014. In April 2015, they obtained a certification as a Public Purchase Witness from Maanmittauslaitos, the National Land Survey of Finland.
