Monica Smriti

Monica Smriti has worked in the IT services and solutions industry since 2010. Monica began their career at Neptune as a Recruiter in 2010. In 2013, they moved to Lisa Home Solutions (P) Ltd as a Customer Relationship Management Manager. In 2020, they joined KR Elixir, Inc. as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter. In their role as Technical Recruiter, Monica is responsible for communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings, writing job descriptions, and posting to relevant media platforms. As a Customer Relationship Management Manager, they worked with customers to understand their property and investment goals, built and maintained profitable relationships with key customers, and maintained relationships with property owners and property buyers.

Monica Smriti holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Suryadatta Institute of Management and Mass Communication, which they earned from 2007 to 2009. Monica also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Digvijay Nath P. G. College, Gorakhpur, which they earned from 2001 to 2004.
