Vanessa Ross

Vanessa Ross has worked in various positions in the IT services and solutions industry since 2001. Vanessa began their career as a Project Manager at Cingular in 2001. Vanessa then moved to CheckFree Investment Services (Fiserv) in 2006 as a Senior Project Manager. In 2007, they became a Program Management Consultant at Fiserv (IPS-Sendero). Vanessa then joined Daugherty Business Solutions as a Program Manager in 2010. In the same year, they also began working as a Program Director Consultant at InterContinental Hotels Group. Vanessa was promoted to Senior Project Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group in 2008. In 2013, they moved to The Coca-Cola Company (CCR) through the Mergis Group as a Business Project Leadership. Vanessa then joined RCG Global Services as a Director in 2015. In 2018, they moved to Cox Automotive Inc. as a Director, Intelligent Automation and to KR Elixir, Inc. - IT Services & Solutions as an Engagement Director.

Vanessa Ross has a Master's Degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University (Dunwoody) which they obtained in 2000. Vanessa also has a Bachelor's Degree in English from Georgia State University, obtained in 1998. Vanessa holds certifications from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (obtained in October 2017), Project Management Professional, and Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
