Jesse Montgomery

Jesse Montgomery has a long and varied work experience. In 2004, they began working at the University of Utah as a Postdoctoral Fellow, Graduate Research Assistant, and Research Assistant. From 2001-2002, they worked as an Engineering Assistant at Eclipse Product Development and an Engineering Consultant at MedQuest, Inc. In 2014, they joined BioFire Diagnostics, LLC as a Research Scientist, where they developed diagnostics based on host gene expression. In 2018, they became a Scientific Consultant at Veola Consulting, providing scientific consulting services in molecular technology development. In 2019, they took on the role of Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Krado Inc. and Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at IDbyDNA. In 2020, they joined Co-Diagnostics, Inc. as Chief Scientific Officer, Senior Vice President Biochemistry, and Vice President of Research.

Jesse Montgomery received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah in 2006.
