Edimak Rivero

Edimak Rivero is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in people management and organizational performance. Currently serving as the People & Performance Director at The Kraft Heinz Company since June 2019, Edimak has also held roles as Compensation, Development and ZBB Manager, and People Manager. Prior to this, Edimak worked at Prisma Sistemas de información as Jefe de Captación y Desarrollo and at Coca-Cola FEMSA for over a decade in multiple HR leadership positions, including Jefe de Recursos Humanos, Jefe de Reclutamiento y Capacitación, and Coordinador de Reclutamiento. Edimak holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad de Carabobo, completed between 1998 and 2003.
