Geoff Griffin

Geoff Griffin has extensive experience in manufacturing and team leadership, currently serving as the Sterilising Team Leader at The Kraft Heinz Company since April 2021. Prior to this role, Geoff worked as the Front Line Manager at Wm Morrisons Manufacturing from December 2013 to April 2021, overseeing a team dedicated to slicing and packaging fresh meat. Previous positions include Manufacturing Manager at Ours sanitary ware, where responsibilities involved managing a new product line, and Production Line Manager at Quinn Glass. Geoff began a long tenure at Ideal Standard International BVBA, where roles included Senior Process Leader and Process Team Leader in the casting department.
