Jim Warner

Jim Warner, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Kraft Heinz since October 2025. Previously, Warner held roles such as Maintenance Manager at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. and Johnson Controls INC., where responsibilities included directing operations for facility infrastructure systems, strategic planning, and budget management. A solid background in equipment maintenance was developed during tenure at PepsiCo, and leadership capabilities were demonstrated at Great Lakes Cheese and Specialty Granules. Warner's extensive career began at GE Waukesha Engines, where a growth path included positions from Machine Shop Group Leader to Maintenance Manager. Education includes an MBA from Jones International University and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Western Governors University, alongside additional training in negotiation from the University of Notre Dame.
