Lesley Owens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both human resources and legal fields. At The Kraft Heinz Company, Lesley has served as Associate Director of Global People Analytics & Engagement, as well as Lead of Global People Analytics and Sr. HR Manager focused on Talent Management & Analytics. Prior to this, Lesley worked as a Corporate Litigation Attorney at Pozzuolo Rodden, P.C. and held the position of Admissions Recruiter at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law. Lesley's legal experience also includes serving as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of James T. Vernile and as a Clinical Intern at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.
