Nayeema Kouser

Nayeema Kouser currently serves as Centre Head (Board Member) at Kraft Heinz Global Capability Centre since May 2024, focusing on driving sustainable growth and transforming organizational structures with a 'People First' mindset. Prior to this role, Nayeema held the position of Head - Europe Finance Centre at AB InBev India from November 2021 to May 2024, and served as Managing Director for Global Accounting & Controllership at State Street from October 2019 to December 2021. Nayeema's experience also includes significant leadership roles at Swiss Re, where responsibilities included operational risk management and accounting for the Americas, as well as vice-presidential duties in GSO Finance. Earlier career stages included managerial positions at Juniper Networks and Sun Microsystems, with foundational education in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Commerce from M.E.S College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
