Prior to this role, Todd Kaplan was the Chief Marketing Officer for Pepsi at PepsiCo from September 2006 to June 2024, overseeing significant brands such as Pepsi, Bubly Sparkling Water, and MUG, with a total portfolio worth $11.5 billion. Todd Kaplan has held various marketing leadership roles at PepsiCo, including Vice President positions for both the Pepsi and Water portfolios, contributing to brand turnarounds and growth strategies. A graduate of the Yale School of Management with an MBA and Northwestern University with a BA in Economics, Todd Kaplan also completed the IRG 100 Leadership Program at the Institute for Real Growth.
