Tomás Monteiro is an experienced professional with a robust background in portfolio management, innovation strategy, and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio & Innovation Strategy for Continental Europe at The Kraft Heinz Company since August 2017, Tomás has also held roles as Category Lead and Demand Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities spanned retail zone management and product management for various vehicle segments in Spain and Portugal. Tomás' early career involved a marketing trainee role at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, supporting B2B and B2C marketing efforts in Portugal, as well as consultancy work for Delta Cafes in the innovation department. Tomás holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a Bachelor's degree from Nova School of Business and Economics, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Cologne.
