Troy Addington

Troy Addington is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving at Kraft Heinz since June 2024, Troy also owns Lean Leadership Consulting, providing training and organizational strategies for cost reduction and profit improvement since September 2017. Troy held the position of CI/Plant Manager at Symbiote, Inc. from August 2023 to June 2024 and served as Continuous Improvement Manager at SFM Group from September 2019 to August 2023. Previously, Troy worked at Steelcase from December 2006 to June 2019 as an Operations Specialist-Leader, focusing on global lean and quality assessments. Troy's early career included a role as Manufacturing Group Leader at Undercar Products Group from 2003 to 2006, where impactful lean processes led to significant financial turnaround. Troy's educational background includes studies at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids from 1992 to 1994.
