Christine Ottmar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christine started their career as an Intern in Event Management at bröker Catering & Event in 2006. In 2006-2007, they worked as a Junior Intern at The Boston Consulting Group, where they conducted analysis in the insurance industry. From 2008-2009, they served as a Tutor in Business English at BiTS Business and Information Technology School. Christine then completed an internship in Human Resources at RWE AG, where they gained experience in HR processes and reporting systems. In 2011-2012, they worked as a Consultant Manager Assistant at Academic Work, focusing on candidate search and recruitment. Christine also completed their master's thesis during this time. From 2012-2017, Christine worked as an HR Manager at retarus GmbH, providing HR support and driving HR projects. Their most recent position is at Kraftanlagen Energies & Services, where they have held several roles since 2017, including Head of HR Business Partner Management, Team Leader HR Business Partner & Recruiting, and Team Leader HR Business Partner. In these roles, they have led teams, optimized processes, and contributed to HR projects that support the organization's goals.
Christine Ottmar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management Studies from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they also spent a semester abroad at UNSW, studying International Business. From 2010 to 2012, Christine pursued their Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management at the Greater Munich Area Universities of Applied Sciences.
