Mickael Planasch

Mickael Planasch has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mickael started their career in 1994 as a Process Engineer at ABRG Arnoldstein, where they worked until 1999. Mickael then joined Technische Universität Graz as a Member of Scientific Staff from 2001 to 2003 and again from 2003 to 2006.

From 2007 to 2010, Mickael worked at Borealis Agrolinz Melamine GmbH as a Process Engineer/Asset Development and subsequently as an Engineering Manager. Mickael also took a package tour in South East Asia during this time.

In 2011, Mickael joined Clariant as a Project Manager, responsible for process engineering and project management in plant engineering and construction projects.

From 2016 to 2021, Mickael served as Head of Business Unit Engineering at InfraServ GmbH & Co. Gendorf KG, where they led a team of over 85 employees and was responsible for project management, process engineering, and bid management. Mickael also worked as Head of Department "Project Management and Process Engineering" during this time.

In 2021, Mickael became the Head of Division Industrial Plant and Service at Kraftanlagen Energies & Services, overseeing pre-fabrication and assembly in Germany, Austria, and Romania. Mickael played a vital role in organizational development, standardization of project management, and the expansion of new services.

Most recently, Mickael has taken up roles as Managing Director at ECM Ingenieur-Unternehmen für Energie und Umwelttechnik GmbH and President of the Board at IPIP SA in 2023.

Throughout their career, Mickael has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in engineering, project management, and process optimization.

Mickael Planasch pursued their education at the Technische Universität Graz. From 2004 to 2006, they obtained a Ph.D. in Vefahrenstechnik. Prior to that, they completed a Diplomstudium Verfahrenstechnik, although the specific dates for this degree are unknown.
