Aaron Palacios

Aaron Palacios is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Communications for KRAFTON Inc. since November 2018, Palacios leads the Americas Communications Department, focusing on strategies across PR, influencer relations, social media, community engagement, and content management. Previously, Palacios held various positions within KRAFTON, including Director of Communications for North America and Senior Communications Manager on a global level, where initiatives like corporate social responsibility programs were developed. Prior to KRAFTON, Palacios worked at Golin as Senior Communications Manager, managing campaigns for Nintendo, and held PR roles at Sandbox Strategies and Sega of America, where relationships with media outlets were cultivated to enhance product visibility. Palacios holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
