Dave Krahn, P.Eng., PE has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering and real estate development industry. Dave is currently serving as the Development Director at Reveloper, a tech-driven real estate development company that provides comprehensive solutions and industry expertise to simplify the real estate development process. Before joining Reveloper, Dave founded and was the Chairman of Krahn Group of Companies, both in Canada and the United States. In 1984, they established Krahn Engineering Ltd, where they served as the President for over 35 years. Dave has a specialization in structural engineering, with expertise in concrete tilt-up, steel, and wood frame structures. Dave has also conducted investigations and evaluations of existing structures, providing recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
Dave Krahn, P.Eng., PE holds a BSc in Engineering from Lakehead University, obtained from 1979 to 1981. Dave also has a degree in Civil & Structural Tech. from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Dave is certified as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario, as well as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Nevada.
