Jack Ley

Jack Ley is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in platform engineering and site reliability. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Engineer at KrakenFlex within the Octopus Energy Group since June 2023, Jack previously held multiple roles at Google from July 2015 to February 2022, advancing from Site Reliability Engineer to Senior Site Reliability Engineer. Before Google, Jack worked as a Server Engineer at Happylatte and as a Software Engineer at IES Ltd. Jack began a career in technology as a Developer/Analyst at Pengower Limited and gained early research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Warwick. Jack Ley holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2010.
