Tim Davenport

Tim Davenport is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience across various technical roles and disciplines. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at KrakenFlex, Tim has previously held senior engineering positions at Octopus Hydrogen and Sky Betting & Gaming, where responsibilities included high-level design in customer experience domains using technologies such as Salesforce, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Scala. Tim’s earlier career includes significant contributions to StepChange Debt Charity as a Cloud Architect and Lead Developer, and as a Senior Analyst Programmer at Grass Roots, focusing on system design and implementation for global clients. Tim's foundational experience in technology began in the Royal Air Force, where training in telecommunications led to web development responsibilities. Tim holds educational credentials from Joensuu College of Further Education in Finland and Pyhäselkä Secondary School.
