Crystal Noe

Crystal Noe serves as the Senior Director and Global Head of Sanctions at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange since March 2023, and concurrently holds the title of Standout45 in the Women in FinTech Powerlist 2023 by Innovate Finance. With over 22 years of compliance experience, Crystal founded Noe Compliance, specializing in regulatory compliance issues and program management. Previous roles include Head of Sanctions Compliance at Facebook and various director positions at Citi, focusing on sanctions strategy and compliance risk management. Crystal is also an Advisory Board member for the Master of Science in Information Systems at FIU. Educational achievements include a Master's in Management of Information Systems from FIU and a Women’s Entrepreneurship Certificate from Cornell University.
