Wilfried Robin

Wilfried Robin serves as Senior Legal Counsel in the Alternative Investment Department at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP since July 2017, specializing in alternative financing, Islamic financing, regulatory compliance, and financial structuring at national and international levels. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Trainee focused on regulatory matters and as a Juriste-conseil providing legal consultations at D.A.S, a subsidiary of MMA-Covéa. Wilfried has also held positions at Le Mans Université as a tutor and formation advisor, enhancing students' academic skills and organizing educational events. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Business Law with a specialization in Banking and Finance, and a Master 1 in Business Law from Le Mans Université, supplemented with a DUT in Business Administration.
