Justine Ascensio

Justine Ascensio is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various companies and roles. Currently serving as the Country HR Manager for Iberia at Kramp since March 2025, Justine previously worked as the HR Consulting Solutions Manager at Hays Executive from March 2022 to March 2025, and as an HR Business Partner at Hitachi Astemo from March 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing HR development processes and facilitating a major reorganization for over 400 employees. Justine’s career also includes roles at GEFCO, General Cable, SCC France, Continental, and Fondation Bon Sauveur d'Alby, showcasing a strong background in HR development, talent management, and internal communication across multiple countries. Justine holds a professional master's degree in HR Management from IGENSIA RH and has pursued further education at Lycée Jacques Amyot.
