Michiel Kempen

Michiel Kempen has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Commercial Director at Kramp since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Business Line Manager - Industrial Air at Atlas Copco from March 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining Atlas Copco, they worked at ERIKS, where they held various positions such as Manager Internal Sales from May 2020 to March 2021, Business Unit Manager Engineered Plastics from January 2019 to May 2020, Sales Manager Engineered Plastics from July 2018 to January 2019, Digital Sales Manager from November 2017 to June 2018, and Teamleader Valves & Instrumentation General Industry from January 2015 to October 2017.

Michiel also participated in the 222 International Leadership Program at SHV from November 2017 to March 2021. Additionally, they had a brief stint at Econosto as a Teamleider ad interim from July 2015 to December 2015 and as an Internal Sales representative from February 2015 to July 2015.

Michiel Kempen completed their Master's degree in Industrial Sciences at KU Leuven in 2008. Michiel also holds additional certifications such as a Strategy Excellence Program from Vlerick Business School (obtained in 2022), a Certificate in French Level 4 from the University of Antwerp (obtained in 2018), and a Master's degree in Industrial Sciences with a specialization in Electromechanics from KU Leuven (year of completion unknown).
