Kaitlyn Arico

Kaitlyn Arico is a business development associate at KraneShares. Prior to their current position, they served as regional sales director at HRC Financial Group and as a financial reporting accountant at Standard Chartered Bank.

Arico has always been interested in finance and accounting. Kaitlyn started their career in 2009 as a financial reporting accountant at Standard Chartered Bank. In this role, they were responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements. Kaitlyn left the bank in 2013 to join HRC Financial Group as a regional sales director. In this position, they were responsible for selling HRC's products and services to clients in the central region. Kaitlyn left HRC in 2018 to join KraneShares as a business development associate.

In their current role, Arico is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients. Kaitlyn is also responsible for providing support to KraneShares' sales team. Arico is passionate about their work and is always looking for new ways to help their company grow.

Kaitlyn Arico attended SUNY Oneonta and earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Business Economics & Human Ecology. Kaitlyn also holds certification from FINRA in FINRA Series 6, 7, 3 and 63 Holder.

They are on a team with Dan Langlais - Vice President, Client Service, Anthony Sassine - Senior Investment Strategist, and Thomas Carruthers - Business Development Associate. Their manager is Brendan Ahern, CIO.
