Leo Lo

Leo Lo is the current CFO at KraneShares. Prior to joining KraneShares, Leo worked as a senior vice president and treasurer at SPARX Investment & Research, USA, Inc. from November 2004 to December 2009. Leo was responsible for day-to-day corporate administration, accounting and finance functions for all the US entities and served for some high-profiled clients for fund administration matters and helped lead in many important projects. From January 2000 to November 2004, Leo worked as a senior consultant and audit manager at Deloitte in three different groups, which includes Audit Assurance, Investment Management Business Advisory Services and Investment Performance Group. Leo was involved with various high-profiled consulting projects as a senior consultant. As an audit manager, they were responsible for planning, supervising and performing audits for financial services and broker/dealer clients. Leo was also responsible for performing performance attestation of financial services clients and assisting clients in becoming compliant with AIMR as a manager. Prior to Deloitte, Leo worked as a compliance regulator at National Futures Association from June 1998 to December 1999.

Leo Lo studied business at Pace University's Lubin School of Business and went on to earn their professional certification as a CPA. Leo has also earned the Series 3, 6, 7, 24, 27, 63 & 65 certifications from the Professional in CPA.
