Kathrin Garwels

Kathrin Garwels has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruiting. Kathrin is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Krapp Gruppe since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a HR and Recruiting Specialist at accantec group from April 2018 to March 2021. Kathrin also gained experience as a Human Resources Recruiter at umlaut company from December 2016 to March 2018, and as a Student Assistant at IVU Traffic Technologies from December 2015 to August 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Student Assistant at POLYTEC GROUP in July 2015, and as an SEO Intern at Suchhelden GmbH in April 2015.

Kathrin Garwels began their education in 2011 at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sozialwissenschaften in 2015. Kathrin then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Technik- und Organisationssoziologie at RWTH Aachen University from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they completed a certification course as a Zertifizierte Personalentwicklerin (IHK) through Fernstudium ILS. Kathrin further enhanced their expertise in the field of Personal- und Arbeitsrecht by obtaining the title of Geprüfte Expertin from the Haufe Akademie between 2019 and 2020.
