Melanie Zamora is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and process improvement across multiple sectors including refining, petrochemicals, and chemical operations. Currently serving as the Global Engineering Director at Kraton Corporation since January 2023, Melanie oversees the Polymers Global Engineering Team, focusing on strategic initiatives and reliability improvements. Previous roles include Managing Partner at OE Advisors, Manager of Engineering at Kuraray America, and Managing Principal at MGZ Consulting, among others. Melanie has a robust educational background with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Executive MBA for Entrepreneurs from Tuck University.
