Michael Vieira Rodrigues

Michael Vieira Rodrigues has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the European senior supply chain manager for the BU Polymers at Kraton Corporation since September 2005. In this role, Michael is responsible for the organization and optimization of the supply chain, overseeing the extended S&OP organization and ensuring alignment from raw materials to finished goods to meet customer and business expectations regarding service levels, costs, working capital, cash management, and EBITDA. Previous positions at Kraton include European S&OP manager and European production planner, where responsibilities encompassed tactical production planning, tolling activities, demand analysis, and inventory management. Prior to Kraton, Michael was a supply coordinator and transport coordinator at Pernod. Michael holds a master's degree in supply chain from Aix-Marseille University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
