Morgan Pattison

Morgan Pattison's work experience includes several roles in human resources and total rewards. They started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2008. They then worked as an Associate Human Resources Administrator and HR Coordinator at Cisco Systems in 2009. In 2010, they joined Monotype as an HR Administrator, later transitioning to HR Specialist and HR Operations and Compensation Specialist. In 2014, they joined The Baupost Group in a role in human resources. From 2017 onwards, Morgan has been working at Kraton Corporation, starting as a Benefits & Compensation Specialist and progressing to Manager, Director, and then Senior Director of HR & Total Rewards.

Morgan Pattison obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bentley University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BSBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, completing their degree between 2005 and 2009. Morgan Pattison also obtained a certification in "Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility" from UC Berkeley Executive Education in 2020.
