Nicolas Derville

Nicolas Derville has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as Sales Manager at Shell Chemicals from 2001 to 2006. Nicolas then worked as a Business Manager EMEA at Kraton Corporation from 2007 to 2010, followed by a position as Sales Director Asia Pacific from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Director of Corporate Development at Kraton Corporation. Nicolas then became the Global Director for Tires at Kraton Corporation, responsible for the company's tire additive business from 2017 to 2020. Nicolas then took on the role of Director of Global Business Development at Kraton Corporation from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director M&A & Corporate Strategy at Kraton Corporation.

Nicolas Derville holds an EMBA in Business Administration and Management from both Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, which they obtained between 2004 and 2006. Nicolas also has a BA (Hon) in European Business Administration from Middlesex University, completed from 1996 to 1998. In addition, they hold a CESEM in European Business Administration from NEOMA Business School, earned from 1994 to 1996. Nicolas Derville has also obtained a certification in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School in the year 2020.
