Anil Jain

Anil Jain has extensive work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Anil currently holds the position of Vice President Customer Experience at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Success at the same company from April 2020 to April 2023.

Before joining Kratos, Anil worked at OneWeb as the Director of Global Network Operations from June 2018 to March 2020. Anil also held the position of Director of Service Operations, Commercial Mobility at ViaSat Inc. from March 2017 to June 2018.

Anil's earlier experience includes working at SES Government Solutions as the Sr. Director of Product and Fleet Development from November 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, they spent over a decade at VT iDirect, where they held the role of Vice President, Global Technical Services from July 2005 to May 2016. During their tenure, they achieved significant revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction and retention.

Anil's career began in the Indian Air Force, where they served as a Technical Officer from September 1991 to September 1997. Anil later joined Viasat as a Manager of Systems Engineering, leading a team responsible for system architecture, design, and technical support. Anil also managed several international accounts in this role.

Anil Jain holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at The Johns Hopkins University from 2000 to 2002. Anil'seducation journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, completed between 1987 and 1991. In addition to their formal education, Anil Jain has obtained several certifications, including AWS Essentials from Linux Academy and Udemy, Essentials of SaaS Business from Udemy, Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals from Udemy, Introduction to Cloud Computing from Udemy, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
