Jim Hibberd

Jim Hibberd has worked as an IT Director for C.S. Management, Inc. since May 2013. In this role, they are responsible for developing business strategic plans, analyzing project contracts, and assisting in project budgeting and timeline development. Before that, they worked as an IT Director for Kratos from August 2012. There, they were involved in server administration, website administration, and technical troubleshooting. Prior to that, Jim Hibberd worked as a Sole Proprietor for Hibberd Consulting starting from June 1999. Jim also served as a Senior Systems Analyst, Senior Software Developer, and Solution Architect for SYS Technologies from May 2008 to August 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Solutions Developer for Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, supporting various projects related to functional requirements documentation and strategy development for the Naval Cyber/IT Workforce.

Jim Hibberd received an AS degree in Pre-Med from Alice Lloyd College, where they studied from 1978 to 1980. Jim then pursued a BS degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physiology, Immunology, Histology, and Monoclonal Antibodies at the University of Virginia at Wise, completing their studies from 1980 to 1983. In addition to their formal education, Jim Hibberd holds a certification as an ExecuTrain Certified Instructor for Novell Netware CNA.
