Jim Neidich

Vp, Cybersecurity Services at Kratos

Jim Neidich has extensive work experience in the cybersecurity field. Jim currently serves as the VP of Cybersecurity Services at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions since September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for leading the cybersecurity services practice, developing and organizing capability services, and providing strategic vision for the growth of capabilities.

Prior to their current position, Jim held various roles at Kratos, including Sr. Director of Cybersecurity Services from April to August 2021 and Director of Cybersecurity Services from April 2017 to March 2021. Jim also served as the Practice Manager of FedRAMP Services from July 2015 to March 2017.

Before joining Kratos, Jim worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2004 to 2015. Jim held positions including Lead Associate, Associate, Sr. Consultant, and Consultant. In these roles, they provided technical expertise, project management, and strategic planning for cybersecurity, IT infrastructure operations, and application development projects. Jim also contributed to business development efforts by devising unique technical approaches for RFP responses.

Jim Neidich attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology with a focus on Computer Science and Cybersecurity. In addition, they received a GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) from the SANS Institute in November 2004.
