Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Sydney previously held roles including Technical Sourcer for Business Engineering at Meta and Senior Information Technology Recruiter at ITAC Solutions. Early in the career, Sydney worked as an Assistant Manager at Hooters of America. Sydney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College, graduated in 2013.
