Anne Jeske

Anne has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate management and has been with the KA team since 2012. She manages a portfolio of 13 properties in Minnesota and Texas including retail, office and medical office properties, overseeing overseeing the daily operation of retail and office properties including lease implementation, budgeting, financial reporting, contract negotiations, supervision of maintenance staff and management of tenant improvements. Her strong network facilitates profitable contracts, bid packages and tenant lease agreements. She cultivates and supports tenant relationships with quick issue resolutions leading to higher occupancy rates, minimal turnover, greater renewal rate of long-term leases and maintained a portfolio wide occupancy level above 90%.
