Mark McLane

Mark joined KA in 2017 and is regarded for his experience in the comprehensive investment analysis of multifamily housing, retail and commercial development, including market research, project feasibility, financial and strategic planning, site selection and due diligence. Current project highlights include Cambia Hills of East Bethel, an innovative residential treatment facility.

He was previously the owner and partner of Apartment Brokers of Minnesota, Inc., a Twin Cities-based apartment and commercial property investment brokerage firm that focuses in the acquisition and disposition of properties for institutional and private capital clients. Mark holds a B.B.A. in Comprehensive Marketing and Professional Sales from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. He is a member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA) and Minnesota Real Estate Exchangers Club (MREE).
