Shawn Wiski

Shawn is responsible for managing a portfolio of office and retail properties, overseeing the daily operations of each, including lease renewal, contract negotiation, tenant improvements, financial reporting, and maintenance staff supervision. Shawn has nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining KA in 2015, Shawn was a property manager for Security National Properties, a national real estate firm based in California, overseeing a Class B office/retail/parking complex in downtown St. Paul for 13 years. Shawn serves on the Education and TOBY committees for Greater St. Paul BOMA, and is a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and Woodbury Chamber of Commerce. She also holds a Minnesota Real Estate Broker’s License.
