Brian Swanson

Brian Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Brian is currently working as a Senior Business Development Manager at Kraus Hamdani Aerospace, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for driving business development initiatives. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Business Development Manager (Fellow) at the same company.

Before joining Kraus Hamdani Aerospace, Brian had an extensive career in the United States Air Force. Brian held various senior positions, including Director of Personnel/Senior Program Manager, Section Chief/Senior Program Manager, and Senior Financial/Purchasing & Program Manager, Contracting. Brian's career in the Air Force began with their role as a Student in Communications Management, where they gained foundational knowledge in the field.

Brian Swanson completed their primary education at the Community College of the Air Force. From 2001 to 2014, they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Additionally, from 2011 to 2015, they earned another Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management. Later, between 2010 and 2015, Brian attended Ashford University and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

Moreover, Brian Swanson obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In August 2012, they acquired the Acquisition Professional Development Program Level I certification from the Defense Acquisition University. In October 2014, they achieved the Acquisition Professional Development Program Level II certification from the same institution. Furthermore, in June 2016, Brian obtained the Professional Manager Certification from the Community College of the Air Force. Lastly, in December 2018, they received the Acquisition Professional Development Program Level III certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
