Rob Hoyle

Rob Hoyle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Rob serves as Managing Director - Americas at Krause Bell Group since August 2021, following a tenure as Vice President and Executive Consultant. Since 2008, Rob co-owns and operates Labrador Fetch, LLC, specializing in the restoration of period houses, boats, and barns. Prior experience includes significant roles at Behavioral Science Technology, where Rob provided safety leadership and organizational consulting from 2005 to 2021, and served as President and CEO of Manchester Marine, overseeing operations for two boatyards with substantial sales and employee management from 1989 to 2004. Early career experience includes managerial positions at Arthur D. Little and as an Industrial Hygienist at Nalco. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
