Manuel Galicia has extensive work experience in customer care and service management roles in the manufacturing industry. MANUEL served as the VP DSS Customer Care LATAM at KraussMaffei, overseeing the operation and results of the post-sales area, including technical service, spare parts, retrofits, installations, digital solutions, and training. Prior to that, they were the Customer Care Director LATAM at KraussMaffei, responsible for strategic planning, operations, and budgeting in the post-sales division.
Before working at KraussMaffei, Manuel Galicia held the position of Customer support organization at Husky Injection Molding Systems. In this role, they were in charge of technical service, operations, personnel management, customer service in repairs, emergency assistance, and technical support, implementing procedures, resource management, and strategic planning.
Earlier in their career, Manuel Galicia worked at Elevadores Schindler Mexico S.A de C.V. as a Product Line Manager for the "Escalators and moving walks" product line. MANUEL managed the technical maintenance team, overseeing repairs, installations, and upgrades. MANUEL also managed customer service, budget administration, and all resources for the business unit.
Manuel Galicia earned a Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería electromecánica from Universidad Panamericana, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. MANUEL later pursued an MBA Maestría EGADE in Administración y gestión de empresas, general at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2005 to 2007.
