Martina Dähn has extensive experience in various leadership and HR roles. Martina is currently working at KraussMaffei as the Head of Corporate HR, with previous experience as the Global Head of Talent Management. Before joining KraussMaffei, Martina took a sabbatical in Dakar/Senegal while working for the You Foundation. Prior to that, they worked at ZF Group, where they served as the Director of Performance, Talent, and Succession Management, as well as the Head of Policies & Guidelines. Martina's career began at Deutsche Telekom, where they held positions such as Head of Top Executive Strategy & Policies, Head of Top Executive Affairs & Business Partner, Team Lead Operations & Business Partner HR, and HR Manager for Top Executive Management.
Martina Dähn obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, during the period of 2006 to 2008. Prior to this, they completed their 2nd state examination in law at the University of Mannheim from 1990 to 1995.
