Barbara Mancone started their work experience at Ethicon, Inc. in 2001 as a Recruiting Specialist. In 2002, they joined Johnson & Johnson where they held various roles including Compensation & Benefits Specialist and Data Privacy Coordinator, HR Talent Mobility Manager EMEA and LATAM, and International Development Program Manager. Their responsibilities at Johnson & Johnson included designing, managing, and executing international assignments, coordinating performance appraisal and compensation processes, and participating in global compensation framework projects. In 2017, Barbara joined ALU as the Head of HR Corporate.
Barbara Mancone began their education at La Sapienza, where they pursued a degree in Giurisprudenza from 1991 to 1997. Afterward, they attended META from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. In 2002, Barbara enrolled at FEDRO and completed a Practitioner degree in PNL by 2003.
