Patricia Bejide

Patricia Bejide is an Associate at KRB Avocats, specializing in banking and finance, commercial real estate, and corporate/commercial law since November 2023. Previously, Patricia served as a Corporate and Real Estate Lawyer at Kelly Santini LLP from August 2021 to October 2023, where involvement in various M&A transactions included drafting share and asset purchase agreements and managing deal rooms. Prior experience includes an articling position at Kelly Santini LLP, a law clerk role at the Montreal Municipal Court, and serving as Chief Returning Officer at McGill University – Faculty of Law. Additionally, Patricia completed a summer law student role at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris and worked at TD in various capacities. Patricia holds a BCL/LLB from McGill University and a degree in International Studies and Modern Languages from the University of Ottawa.
