Harold Marcenaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and strategy within the financial industry. Currently a Partner at R&S - Risk & Strategy and an External Advisor for McKinsey & Company, Marcenaro also holds independent director roles at multiple organizations including Compass, Pichincha Corp, and R5. Marcenaro’s career spans over two decades at Banco de Crédito BCP, where responsibilities ranged from managing non-financial risks to leading digital risk initiatives and marketing strategies. Additionally, Marcenaro is an active angel investor with over 30 investments in early-stage edtech and fintech companies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master of Science in Risk Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
